Select your city and nearby location from Fudiyo website or mobile application. Select restaurant and order from menu for delivery or pickup. You can also reserve table in your favriote restaurant. You can order online, via mobile application as well as by phone.
Choose from one of our online ordering enabled restaurants, peruse the menu and select the items you'd like to order with a click. More instructions can be provided for each menu item and provide any special instructions to restaurant. Once you're through with ordering, click the "Checkout" button and follow the checkout instructions from there.
When you order from one of our restaurants on Fudiyo web or Fudiyo mobile application, you'll receive order updates via text message and through our mobile app notifications. We'll tell you when orders are confirmed, out for delivery, ready to be picked up, etc.. Please Note: For the text alerts, standard messaging and data rates may apply.
Check the status of your current order using Fudiyo mobile application. Just go to your My Account and touch Current Order/s icon. If you are not able to find latest status, just contact us at mydprjagdish.appspot.com/contactus
Maybe. If you placed your order in the last five minutes, you can quickly contact us at mydprjagdish.appspot.com/contactus and request for change. Our team will work with you to change order if possible, but fair warning - if the restaurant has already started working on your order, they may not be able to change it. The sooner you can let us know, the better off you'll be.

Nope. It is free to use Fudiyo's service to place phone and online orders. We don't add any fees to the prices charged by our restaurants and delivery services.
We just charge tiny fees to Restaurants to use our web and mobile services.
You know it. We have implemented SSL, and only share whats necessary to communicate your order to the restaurant (address and phone number not payment details).
Nobody sees any of it. Ever. The information is securely transmitted, and your monthly statement will reflect a charge from Fudiyo. Please note, we do not store your credit card information.
Unfortunately, you can't. Fudiyo points are offered automatically to our loyal customers. We do not have Fudiyo gift cards at this moment.
Free Fudiyo coupon codes may be applied to any restaurant that accepts pre-paid orders. During checkout, you simply enter the Free Fudiyo coupon code and click on apply. Once you click on apply your final total will change as per coupon code value.
Go to My account and you will see your current Fudiyo points balance.
You'll have to pay the rest with a credit or debit card. The remaining balance may not be paid with cash.
